Canadian winters won’t stop us. We continue scooping throughout snow season and adjust our approach to work around snowbanks, ice, and frozen ground. On heavy snow days, we may delay service slightly for safety, but we’ll keep you updated and never leave you guessing.

Many clients are scooped within 1–3 business days, sometimes faster. We use GPS routing software to keep our routes efficient. During spring rush, service times may extend to 5–10 days, but we always aim to be quick and reliable.

🏡 What If I Have a Tiny or Massive Yard?

No problem. Yard size is just one of many factors we consider, and it usually doesn’t affect price. We focus more on dog count, season, and how long it’s been since your last cleanup. Have an acreage or unusually large property? Let us know and we’ll take care of the details.

🔐 Will You Lock My Gate?

Yes, always. Your pet’s safety is our top concern. Every scoop ends with your gate being latched and a photo sent to your account. Our team is GPS-monitored and supervised live to ensure every detail is handled with care.

🚪 Do I Need to Be Home?

Nope! As long as your gate is accessible and your dog is friendly, we’re good to go. If you have a locked gate, we’ll use your provided code or key. For first-time or one-time cleans, we’ll knock before entering.

📞 Will You Notify Me Before Arriving?

Yes! Weekly clients are on a set schedule. One-time service clients can request a courtesy call or text. We always send a heads-up text before we arrive, about 30–60 minutes in advance.

🐕 Can My Dog Be in the Yard?

If they’re friendly, yes! But please do not let your dog out while we’re inside the yard. Even the sweetest dogs can get startled or protective. We always knock before entering for one-time services so you can secure your pets first. Safety first, for us and your furry friend.

🚪 How Do You Access My Backyard?

With permission and professionalism. We enter through your unlocked gate, no jumping fences or ninja flips. Got a lock or code? Just let us know. We’re in, we scoop, we’re out , simple as that.

🗑️ How Do You Handle the Waste?

We double-bag all waste using heavy-duty bags, then remove it from your property and dispose of it offsite, at no extra charge. You don’t have to touch it, smell it, or think about it. Just a cleaner yard and peace of mind, every time.

⏰ What Time Will You Arrive?

Our PooFessionals are out scooping from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While we can’t give an exact arrival time, you’ll receive a text alert 30–60 minutes before we arrive, so you’re always in the loop.

🧼 Do You Disinfect Your Equipment?

You bet we do! After every yard, all tools and gear are thoroughly cleaned using a pet-safe, kennel-grade disinfectant. This helps prevent the spread of germs, parasites, and bacteria, keeping your pets (and everyone else) safe and healthy.

✅ What Do You Need From Me as a Client?

To help us give you the pawfect service, here’s what we ask:

  • Unlock your gate or provide access instructions (key, code, secret handshake — we’re flexible!)
  • Keep the grass trimmed and leaves or debris under control so we can spot and scoop everything
  • Clear snow, ice, or obstructions from gates and pathways before your service day
  • Keep aggressive or overly enthusiastic pups indoors while we’re in the yard
  • Give us a heads-up (48 hours notice) if you need to pause or skip a visit

Billing Questions

💳 How Do I Pay?

We make it easy and secure!
You’ll receive a digital invoice through Jobber, where you can pay using:

📅 When Should I Book?

We scoop all year round, so you can book any time!
For one-time spring cleans: Wait until snow, ice, and standing water have melted so we can do a thorough job.
Can’t wait? Add a recurring plan during checkout and we’ll help you maintain it until the mess is gone.

💵 Is There an Extra Charge for the First Clean?

Yes, the first clean usually involves extra time and effort (especially after winter). This one-time fee helps us get your yard fully cleaned and you properly set up in our system and routes. **Promotions May Apply**

🖥️ How Do I Book?

The fastest and easiest way is through our website, sign-up takes under 4 minutes.
Prefer to chat? We love phone calls too, just be prepared for a slightly longer sign-up.

🧾 How Does Billing Work?

Monthly billing happens on the 1st of each month, before service.
If you sign up mid-month, you’ll be billed for the first cleanup plus the remaining services for that month.

Example:

Initial cleanup: $100 (Promotions May Lower or Remove Costs)

Remaining March services: $40

Total on signup: $140

Next monthly charge: April 1st ($80)

If payment isn’t received by your next scheduled visit, service will pause until we’re paid. Services are non-refundable, but we’re happy to finish out the month if you cancel.

📜 Do I Need to Sign a Contract?

Nope, we keep things simple. No contracts, no long-term commitments. Start, pause, or cancel anytime from your customer portal or by giving us a call.
