❄️ What About Winter Cleanups?
Canadian winters won’t stop us. We continue scooping throughout snow season and adjust our approach to work around snowbanks, ice, and frozen ground. On heavy snow days, we may delay service slightly for safety, but we’ll keep you updated and never leave you guessing.
⏱️ How Long Until You Scoop?
Many clients are scooped within 1–3 business days, sometimes faster. We use GPS routing software to keep our routes efficient. During spring rush, service times may extend to 5–10 days, but we always aim to be quick and reliable.
🚪 Do I Need to Be Home?
Nope! As long as your gate is accessible and your dog is friendly, we’re good to go. If you have a locked gate, we’ll use your provided code or key. For first-time or one-time cleans, we’ll knock before entering.
🐕 Can My Dog Be in the Yard?
If they’re friendly, yes! But please do not let your dog out while we’re inside the yard. Even the sweetest dogs can get startled or protective. We always knock before entering for one-time services so you can secure your pets first. Safety first, for us and your furry friend.

We charge on per visit basis. After each visit is completed an invoice is created and the card on file is charged.
If payment isn’t received by your next scheduled visit, service will pause until we’re paid. Services are non-refundable, but we’re happy to finish out the visit if you cancel.
